EVERYDAY: Langenstein’s Famous Fried Chicken

MONDAY: Breaded pork chops, grilled chicken breast, steamed white rice, red beans, white beans, mustard greens, garlic mashed potatoes, cornbread, and dessert

TUESDAY: Baked trout, boneless pork loin, seasoned rice pilaf, potato au’ gratin, steamed vegetable medley, honey glazed carrots, grilled chicken artichokes & fresh spinach pasta in a light olive oil and dessert

WEDNESDAY: Pistachio-crusted salmon, herb baked chicken, carrot soufflé, garden wild rice pilaf, Louisiana shrimp & crawfish pasta, roasted vegetables, oven roasted asparagus, and dessert

THURSDAY: Meatballs in a rich red sauce, spaghetti, braised cabbage, smoked Cornish hens stuffed with seafood rice dressing, buttered corn, and dessert

FRIDAY: Fried catfish, baked fish, seafood rice, cherry penne pasta, French fries, hush puppies, roasted zucchini & squash and dessert

SATURDAY: BBQ smoked, BBQ smoked rice, BBQ brisket, baked beans, seasoned yellow rice, roasted vegetables, breaded zucchini sticks, and dessert

SUNDAY: Smothered chicken, steamed rice, baked mac & cheese, mustard greens, roasted vegetables, cabbage rolls, dessert

TUESDAY: Meatloaf, savory gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, smothered gravy steaks, vegetable medley, steamed broccoli, corn and potato soup and dessert

WEDNESDAY: Southern braised cabbage, corn bread, glazed ham, baked chicken, collard greens, vegetable medley, corn and crab soup and dessert

THURSDAY: Smothered okra, steamed rice, roasted Brussel sprouts, vegetable mix, baked fresh fish of the day, cabbage rolls, vegetable soup, and dessert

FRIDAY: Fried catfish, baked fresh fish of the day, seafood pasta, hush puppies, shrimp crab and artichoke casserole, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetable, crawfish boil soup, and dessert

SATURDAY:  BBQ brisket, BBQ ribs, pulled pork, mac n cheese, creamy mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, green peas, tomato basil soup, and dessert
