Beef Rib Roast
USDA choice or prime beef standing rib roast. Please specify rib count. A general rule is that one rib feeds two people.
Beef rib roast is served raw and are ready to be cooked upon pick up.
Remove roast from refrigeration 2 hours before cooking and allow to come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes per pound. Remove when internal temperature reaches 120 degrees for rare, 130 degrees for medium rare and 140 degrees for medium.
