Cornbread and Crawfish Dressing


Sauteed Louisiana crawfish and vegetables tossed with fresh-made cornbread.

A quart feeds 3-4, and a pan feeds 10-12.


Reheating instructions:
Remove casserole from refrigeration 1 hour before reheating and allow to come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap in foil and bake for 30 minutes.
