Lamb Crown Roast
Made from rack of choice lamb, French-cut, trimmed and tied for a beautiful crown. We use only American Spring lamb for it’s mild and tasty flavor.
Lamb crown roast is served raw and are ready to be cooked upon pick up.
Remove roast from refrigeration 1 hour before cooking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 130 degrees for rare, 150 degrees for medium or 160 degrees for well done.
