Whole Trimmed Beef Filet is served raw and are ready to be cooked upon pick up.
Remove beef tenderloin from refrigeration 1 hour before cooking. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake at 450 until internal temperature reaches 120 degrees for rare (approximately 30 minutes), 130 degrees for medium rare (approximately 40 minutes) and 140 degrees for medium (approximately 50 minutes).
