Double Stuffed Baked Potato Casserole


Roasted potatoes scooped out of the shell then whipped with cream cheese, sour cream, & chives.

Choose if you would like topped with cheddar cheese.

9 x 13 pan feeds 10 to 12 people.


Reheating instructions:
Remove casserole from refrigeration 1 hour before reheating and allow to come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap in foil and bake for 30 minutes.
